These website terms explain how Mandile SEO presents its services and handles inquiries. Reviewing this site or contacting us does not create a client-service agreement. Each project requires an agreed written proposal or statement of work with its own deliverables, schedule, payment terms and cancellation provisions.

$497 Signature Site pilot
The advertised $497 pilot provides one professionally designed, mobile-first website page with up to five sections, original visual direction, basic page search metadata, a defined contact path and one coordinated revision round. The project-specific written scope lists the five or fewer sections, supplied content, timeline, any separately priced items, and handoff responsibilities before work is accepted.
The package boundary is one page with up to five sections and one coordinated revision. Additional pages, sections, revisions or custom integrations are quoted separately and require written approval.
Other advertised services
The WordPress speed and technical SEO cleanup is advertised at $1,000 for a defined one-time scope. Optional WordPress care is advertised at $197/month only after the initial cleanup and under a separate care agreement. These prices do not imply unlimited work, ongoing SEO campaigns or guaranteed outcomes.
What is not included by default
Domain registration, client hosting charges, paid licenses, ecommerce, advertising, ongoing SEO, additional content, custom applications and AI automation are excluded unless a written scope explicitly includes them. Client-owned production hosting and domain accounts are recommended; third-party service terms and license restrictions still apply.
Project proposals, payment and refunds
Project requirements and final pricing are confirmed in writing. Payment milestones, refund eligibility, cancellation rights, delivery dates, revisions, intellectual property transfer and any relevant dispute terms are set out in the applicable agreement before payment is requested. The website checkout remains disabled until a verified payment service and the applicable agreement are ready. We do not collect payment-card numbers through this website.
Search and AI visibility
Search rankings, visitor traffic, lead counts, AI-generated recommendations, Google Business Profile approval or verification, and other third-party platform outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We use agreed methods and deliverables, with third-party services controlling their own eligibility and publication policies.
