Information you choose to share

If you email us or use an activated inquiry form, we receive the contact details and project information you provide. The optional form requests a name, email address, service of interest and message. We use those details to respond, discuss your needs and prepare proposals; submitting an inquiry does not create an account or establish a customer agreement.

Website requests and hosting

Our hosting provider, Hostinger, may process IP addresses, request URLs, device or browser details and security logs to serve the site and protect the service. Any technical cookies or infrastructure data are subject to the actual host configuration and relevant provider practices. We do not advertise specific analytics, advertising pixels or tracking configurations that have not been verified.

How inquiries are handled

Business email is hosted through Hostinger Mail. When the on-site form is enabled, its submission is delivered to our business mailbox using an authenticated server-side email connection. We do not store payment card details in this website. Form delivery may be unavailable at times, in which case you can email us directly.

Marketing messages

No marketing subscription is assumed from contacting us or requesting a quote. Any optional newsletter would require its own clearly identified signup and unsubscribe process. We do not sell inquiry information to advertisers.

Sharing, retention and security

We share data only with providers needed to operate the website, business email and agreed client services, or when legally required. We keep correspondence as reasonably needed to respond, manage projects and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Host-managed technical log retention depends on the hosting service. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission is guaranteed perfectly secure.

Your choices and policy updates

You can request information about, correction of, or deletion of the personal details you sent us at jeremy@mandileseo.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. We will update this policy if new forms, analytics, processors or marketing services materially change our practices.
